This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the calculation of the petitioner's statutory good time credit. The petitioner has appealed from the judgment of the habeas court finding that, although statutory sentence reduction credit could be earned while confined at the Whiting Forensic Institute (Whiting), such credit could not be applied to gain early release while the petitioner was in the custody...
