ENGEL, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Patricia Gros, common law wife of FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Raymond Levasseur, was arrested November 4, 1984. After her arrest, a search was made of her residence and she was later indicted on six counts, four of which were presented at trial. Count I charged violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1071, harboring a fugitive, Levasseur, who was wanted for two bank robberies. Count II alleged the knowing possession of an identification document...
