Painters Trust, Western Washington Painters Pension Trust, and Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training Trust (hereinafter Union or Trusts), as third party beneficiaries of a collective bargaining agreement, sought to recover contributions allegedly due under the agreement from Wixson Drywall.
