Painters Trust, Western Washington Painters Pension Trust, and Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training Trust (hereinafter Union or Trusts), as third party beneficiaries of a collective bargaining agreement, sought to recover contributions allegedly due under the agreement from Wixson Drywall. Wixson contends the agreement was terminated under article 24 of the collective bargaining agreement which provides:
