The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the Superior Court's decision dismissing the plaintiff's appeal from the action of the defendant, the civil service commission of the city of New Britain. The commission had sustained the decision of the New Britain board of fire commissioners to reduce the plaintiff in rank in the fire department from lieutenant to private. We affirm...
