The defendant Zbigniew Rozbicki appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding the plaintiff damages in the amount of $11,005.22 (which sum includes interest in the amount of $2728.57) for goods sold and delivered. The trial court found for the plaintiff on the two independent grounds that the debt due for the goods sold and delivered was a primary undertaking by the defendant Rozbicki to which the statute of frauds does not apply, and that the corporation...
