William and Linda Book filed this lawsuit against Nordrill, Inc. ("Nordrill"), Oil & Gas Rental Services, Inc. ("Oil & Gas"), and Green-Ward Drilling Company ("Green-Ward"), seeking the recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained by Mr. Book. The Books alleged that Mr. Book was injured when he was ordered by his rig superintendent to assist in the off-loading of steel casing pipe from the M/V Honorine which was tied to the D/B...
