Eight defendants appeal their convictions for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) (RICO), and the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951.1 The defendants were all House Drain Inspectors for the Department of Sewers of the City of Chicago.
