This cause comes before the court on motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The plaintiffs' amended complaint attempts to state claims of securities fraud and RICO violations by Synthetic Diamond Technology, Inc., which has been defaulted, and five other defendants, who seek dismissal.
