Before the court are the preliminary objections of defendants, school district of Philadelphia, Constance E. Clayton, Rita Spellman, Anthony Bellows and Gene W. Waiters. For the reasons stated herein, said preliminary objections are sustained and plaintiffs' complaint is dismissed as to these defendants.
