Per Curiam.

This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

Plaintiffs-appellants, Irwin and Nancy Kremer, appeal from a judgment of the court of common pleas granting defendant-appellee Duriron Company's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
