Each of the appellants, Robert L. Hill, Jr., Don Walley, and Karl Weber, has pled guilty to one count of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Appellants conditioned their plea upon their appeal of the district court's denial of their motion to suppress various pieces of evidence.
