(LWE), which filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in 1984, challenges, by appeal and application for mandamus, the district court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's dismissal of LWE's complaint seeking an injunction and to enforce the automatic stay.
