This is an appeal from an opinion and order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico, dated July 16, 1985. We have jurisdiction of this appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 158, which provides for judicial review of the decisions of the Bankruptcy Court by the District Court in whose district the bankruptcy proceedings took place.
