This appeal follows a one-day bench trial on Ms. Wislocki-Goin's Title VII claim of sex discrimination in employment. Ms. Goin had filed previously a charge of sex discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) following the termination of her employment with the Lake County Superior Court, Juvenile Division, and the denial to her of a job in the Lake County Jail.
