Plaintiff Hoffman Buick-GMC appeals a summary judgment for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. We affirm.

Johnny and Elizabeth Hoffman owned Hoffman Buick-GMC, a General Motors Corporation (GMC) franchise. Hoffman Buick entered into a financing contract with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMC.
