Mozart Co. (Mozart), an auto parts distributor and manufacturer, alleged various antitrust violations by Mercedes-Benz of North America, Inc. (MBNA), arising out of MBNA's franchise agreements with its dealerships. The agreements required each franchisee to deal exclusively in replacement parts supplied by MBNA.
