Andrew Sokolow appeals his conviction for possessing cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Sokolow entered a conditional guilty plea under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), thereby reserving the right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress certain evidence allegedly obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
