This is the second appeal in this case following a conviction of the crime of kidnapping, 18 U.S.C. § 1201.1 Following our reversal of the first conviction, defendant was tried two more times. The first ended in a mistrial when the jury was unable to reach a verdict, and the second in the present conviction.
