Appellants appeal from a decision rendered out of bankruptcy court by a district judge in which a transfer of property to them from their son was voided. Appellants in-correctly filed a notice of appeal to the district court, which dismissed it for lack of jurisdiction. The district court failed to transfer the case to the Ninth Circuit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631 (West Supp.1986). We deem the case transferred and affirm.<...
