Reichhold Chemicals, Inc. appeals a jury verdict awarding Gerard Cassino $492,000 in damages under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Reichhold contends that the trial court made a number of erroneous evidentiary rulings and errors in jury instructions.
