Thomas G. Flowers, Jr., appeals from his conviction on two counts of perjury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623(c). Flowers' conviction was based on conflicting testimony he gave in two separate proceedings that were related to the criminal prosecution of Calvin Breit, a Virginia lawyer.
