This is an appeal by John D. Rosart from a final judgment in favor of H. Glen Leason awarding $24,062.50 and interest in damages for Rosart's breach of two oral stock purchase agreements. Rosart assigns error to findings entered by the district court with respect to his statute of frauds defense. He also contests the measure of damages employed by the district court.
