SMITH, Judge.

Defendant, Robert Boulies, appeals the order of the trial court denying his motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of first degree felony murder and aggravated robbery in 1972 and sentenced to consecutive terms of life imprisonment and fifty years to life, respectively. On defendant's appeal, those judgments were affirmed in People v. Boulies,
