MEMORANDUM ORDER

BUA, District Judge.

Before this court is a motion to dismiss defendants Beuke, Reukert, and the County of Cook from plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint. Plaintiffs' suit is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. For the reasons stated herein, this court grants defendants' motion to dismiss them from the complaint. Plaintiffs' claims against the remaining defendants are still viable.
