On October 17, 1979, petitioner, Roger Dale Stafford, was convicted for First Degree Murder in six separate counts in Oklahoma County District Court Case No. CRF-79-926. Judgment and sentence was imposed on October 23, 1979. On June 20, 1983, this Court affirmed petitioner's convictions. See Stafford v. State,
