BRAZIL, J.:

Stanley E. Larson appeals his conviction for driving with a blood or breath alcohol concentration of .10 or above. K.S.A. 1986 Supp. 8-1567(a)(1).

On February 3, 1986, Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Robert Shows stopped Larson for driving 72 miles per hour on I-470 in or near Topeka.
