Plaintiff Clemtex, Inc., brought this action for a judgment declaring its rights under the deductible provisions of insurance policies issued by defendants Southeastern Fidelity Insurance Company ("Southeastern"), Foremost Insurance Company ("Foremost"), and Great Atlantic Insurance Company ("Great Atlantic").
