Before the court are the exceptions of Zurich Insurance Company to this court's findings of fact, conclusions of law and decree of August 28, 1986. In addition, we must decide whether interest is payable to plaintiffs on delay damages and whether a partial payment to the plaintiffs should be applied to accrued interest and delay damages before being applied to the principal due the plaintiffs.
