The defendant, Felix Cobbs, appeals from a conviction and sentence for felony murder. This is the second appeal of this case. On the former appeal this court remanded the case to the trial court with direction to file a memorandum of decision articulating the basis upon which the court found the defendant guilty of felony murder.
