GEORGE, J.

Richard Shreve, plaintiff-appellee, was injured in the course of his employment and filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits which claim was recognized and allowed. In August 1983, Shreve filed an application to reactivate his claim. A hearing was held before a district hearing officer and the reactivation claim was granted. The regional board of review affirmed the decision of the hearing officer on April 17, 1985.
