BABCOCK, Judge.

Plaintiff, Edward D. Getsch, appeals the district court judgment affirming the City of Northglenn's termination of his employment. We affirm.

Plaintiff was employed as Northglenn's Superintendent of Recreation from 1969 until 1983. In November 1983, Northglenn reorganized its Parks and Recreation Department, eliminating plaintiff's position as part of a cost-saving measure. Plaintiff appealed his termination to the Northglenn Personnel Department...
