This matter is before the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331 (federal question jurisdiction). Plaintiffs, all members of defendant Local 2883 of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (AFSCME) seek, inter alia, to recover treble damages and attorney's fees pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1964(c), the civil remedies provision of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations...
