Defendant Donald Rakowski is charged under a two count indictment with offenses concerning the unlawful, knowing receipt through the mail of sexually explicit depictions of minors. Defendant filed three motions to suppress evidence and statements obtained as a result of a roadside questioning and the subsequent search of his residence on May 13, 1987 pursuant to a search warrant.
