I have previously granted defendants' motion for dismissal, with leave to plaintiffs to amend their complaint. Plaintiffs have amended their complaint, and defendants now move to dismiss the amended complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1), 12(b)(6), and 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
