OPINION

PARKS, Judge:

The appellant, George Albert Griffith, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRM-83-2055, for the offense of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. The jury assessed punishment at a term of three (3) months imprisonment in the county jail and assessed a fine in the amount of Five-Hundred ($500.00) Dollars. We affirm.
