Appellee, Linda Aiello, had been employed by United Air Lines for 18 years until she was discharged in February 1984. She brought suit for breach of a work contract which she claims entitled her to be discharged only upon a showing of good cause. A jury verdict found that she was working under an express contract and also an implied contract and that she had been discharged...
