Benjamin and Geraldine Roscoe (Roscoes) brought suit against USLife Title Company of Albuquerque and its underwriter, USLife Title Insurance Company of Dallas (USLife), allegedly to enforce a title insurance contract in connection with Roscoes' purchase of real property.
