Plaintiff-appellant, a medical services provider, rendered medical services for the defendant-appellee in 1981. Appellant sued appellee for lack of payment and, on July 11, 1983, obtained judgment against appellee for such services.
In November 1983, appellant filed suit to collect on this judgment and set aside a conveyance. On July 19, 1984, appellant filed an amended complaint sounding in fraud.
