Appellant was convicted of aggravated assault and battery in violation of § 6-2-502, W.S. 1977 (Cum.Supp. 1987). Imposition of sentence was delayed under § 7-13-203, W.S. 1977, and appellant was placed on probation subject to several conditions, one being that he serve six months in the county jail.
