Defendant Audley G. Fong has been charged, by grand jury indictment, with one count of possession with intent to distribute greater than 500 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). Defendant has pleaded not guilty to this charge, and has filed a motion to suppress evidence.
