Plaintiff brought this action against defendants DAW Forest Products Company (DAW) and Ga-Lar Logging, Inc. (Ga-Lar) to foreclose a logger's lien or, alternatively, to recover damages in the amount of the lien. The trial court held that the lien was unenforceable but granted plaintiff damages in the amount of the lien against both defendants.1 No attorney fees were awarded.
