(Minact), a private (i.e. non-governmental) entity, to operate a Job Corps Center in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Plaintiff Pauliana Taylor, an employee of Minact, worked as a nurse's aid instructor at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps...
