Presently before the Court is a motion by the defendant, Gee McClain ("McClain"), to dismiss the action against him due to a lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (3). The plaintiffs, Blue Ball Properties, Inc., Cherry Island Farm, Ltd., and Chillison's Island, Ltd.
