This matter is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. The case involves determination of the validity and propriety of an amendment to a pension plan that served to eliminate certain contingent early pension benefits provided to members of the plaintiff class. Plaintiffs are former employees of defendant Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation (Kaiser) who were employed at Kaiser's Mexico, Missouri refractories...
