OPINION

This appeal arises out of an underlying breach of contract action between Mortenson-Neal and NGC Investment and Development, Inc. [NGC] In Crook v. Mortenson-Neal, 727 P.2d 297 (Alaska 1986), we affirmed a $61,149.49 judgment for Mortenson-Neal. After the trial court's ruling in favor of Mortenson-Neal in that action, NGC did not file a supersedeas bond to stay execution of judgment pending...
