Defendants Frederick Leon Dotson and Reginald Owens appeal their convictions for conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and for distribution of and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. Dotson further appeals his conviction for willfully attempting to evade payment of federal income taxes in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201. We affirm the convictions...
