Noble, appellee-cross-appellant, after a mid-year transfer from her position as Chapter I Coordinator of the Claiborne County schools to a newly-created position within the school system. Reeves was reassigned shortly after giving testimony in a co-employee's lawsuit against Noble and the Board...
