Appellees, George H. Contee, Jr., and his wife, sued appellant, Peruzzi Brothers, Inc., in the Circuit Court for Calvert County. The appellees sought an injunction prohibiting appellant from entering on appellees' property, an order quieting title to the property, and general relief. After trial without a jury, Judge Perry G.
