Vaughn Roy Jones, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Robbery With Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 801 in Case No. CRF-83-3466 in the District Court of Oklahoma County.
