Cindy Robinson appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, Washington County, granting the defendants' motion to dismiss her complaint. She alleges that, as a pretrial detainee incarcerated first in the Washington County jail and later in the Franklin County jail, she suffered a miscarriage due to the grossly negligent and intentional conduct of Franklin County doctors and officials.
